Plumbing is divided into Infrastructure, Plumbing Services, and Plumbing Equipment.

Infrastructure

As soon as we have been assigned a project, the first thing that must be done is to review customer needs, document and agree to the objectives and deliverables, and accordingly design or redesign the most applicable system(s), check for most relevant hardware and suppliers, prepare a shop drawing, which then begins the on-site work.

Infrastructure is divided into 4 categories:

1. Storm water
2. Sanitary Work
3. Water Supply
4. Telephone

Storm Water – Water Supply – Telephone work – (All require pre-casting or casting the manhole)

1. Pre casting the manhole according to approved sketch
2. Excavate all lines according to approved level
3. Install manholes start piping between the manholes
4. Testing all the pipes
5. Start backfilling with layers

Storm water work (Manhole is supplied)

1. Approve the main drawing and study it with the existing network
2. Begin a Contract with the approved supplier for the supply of the manholes
3. Manhole supplied
4. Excavate sanitary lines
5. Bidding under the pipes
6. Test piping
7. Start back filling

Plumbing Services:

1. Underground pipes
2. Sleeves concrete skeleton
3. Piping – drainage/ water supply/ rainwater. during piping the equipment plumping specialty and sanitary fixture dimensions are al considered to avoid overlapping and causing damage.(this involves machinery/ inlets and outlets of toilets)
4. Installation of all equipment and sanitary
5. Installation of water tanks + their accessories
6. Flushing up and cleaning by running water through all pipes
7. Start up the whole system to ensure factuality
